Lots, probably speed, as he forgot loads of stuff, like sense of humour, the ability to poke fun at themselves, etc the list is endless.
What about your first answer from Jay? Since when has America been able to control itself? Can't seem to keep it's nose out of the rest of the world, enforcing it's opinion wherever it goes, and don't get me started on gun control, (how many high school kids get murdered in their own schools?) God save America, No one else wants to.

He must have been on pretty good drugs, because he saw to it that it was populated with natives that were Earth and Nature based, except for a few cannibals here and there.
By and large the Mayans, Incas and North American tribes were kinder and more respectuful of nature than the tribes of the Middle East and Northern Europe, by and large.
Indians in the Americas built waterways, irrigations, water wheels, they took care of their own (the child belongs to all in the tribe) and the Euro-tribers were, well, not quite so neat!
You DID say AMERICA (that means North and South) NOT the UNITED STATES, so I'm assuming this meets your criteria!
