http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~product_id=2111149 I really like VO5 Miracle! Mist Heat Defense Conditioning Spray. You can buy it at just about any drug or grocery store for under $3.50. I blow dry and/or straighten my hair every other day and it's never been softer.

I also really like L'Oreal Hot Straight Heat Activated Straightening Cream. It's a cream, not a spray, but you just apply a little to damp hair and it protects and conditions amazingly. I believe this one is around the same price as the VO5 spray- Ulta even has it for $2.50- you cannot beat that!http://www.ulta.com/control/product/~product_id=2117893

Dear niptuck, i don't really believe in hair sprays as much as i do believe in hair serums, they are just perfect especially when u use good brands like swiss formula or something! Trust me, i flat iron my hair all the time and it just looks healthy, and NOT greasy at all!!!!!!!
It won't look like u've put oil onto ur hair, trust me unless u use the whole bottle! It really protects from the sun heat, irons, sea water and all that stuff!!!!!!!
