Oily skin is a lot better than dry skin, believe me. You will age a lot better and you will have a lot less wrinkles with oily skin. You don't tell us whether or not you have acne. That can be a problem with oily skin.
Unfortunately diet is only one of the things that is a factor. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Beans and rice are good too.
How you wash your face and what you use on it also needs to be considered.
If you don't want to use anything out there for an oily complexion then try Dove for sensitive skin. It's pretty close to natural and has been around for years.
Phisoderm is another thing that has a PH balance close to the skins ph.
Maybe the only thing you have to do is to wash your face more than once a day.
If you wear makeup of any kind, make sure you buy the kind for an oily complexion or an oil absorbant type.
Good luck.

Don't eat food high in fat or sugars. Make sure to drink adequate amount of water daily. Keep your face clean. Use special soap just for your face. One that treats oily skin. Don't use the same soap for your body on your face. You may be adding unneeded oils back into your skin. Use a toner on your face 2 to 3 times a day. I use Oil of Olay toner....it's awesome. Use what works best for you.

Best wishes.

It has nothing to do w/ what you eat... it's all about what you drink!

People who are chronically dehydrated tend to have oily skin, which often results in acne. One way your body responds to chronic dehydration is excess sebum (oil) production... it seems like an odd relationship... but, I found out the hard way that it is true. My acne was caused by me being chronically dehydrated. Once I started hydrating myself properly, my acne disappeared. Which I was quite happy about, but pissed that I hadn't figured that out earlier.

**Drink 8+ glasses of water a day** you will see a difference in a few weeks time. But, you must continue to hydrate if you want the results to last.

Hi Ronaldo,i once had this problem too. However i was able to get rid of it by using a soft bathing foam with mild soap to cleanse my face early in the mornings and late at nights before going to bed. After the night cleansing, i cut open a ripe fresh tomato piece, sieve the fluid from it and then gently rub this on my face every night for about two weeks.

I was having a problem recently with oily skin. I was also using a moisturizer that was a deep moisture formula. I stopped using it and my skin has not been oily sense then.
