In Bulgarian "dear friends" could be seen in couple of ways, as the adjective "dear" with the noun "friend" is not one.
"Dear" literally translated into Bulgarian could be said as dragi(драги ), mili (мили ),skapi (скъпи ).
"Friend" is "prijatel"(приятел), in plural "prijateli" (приятели ).

In brief you can say " Mili/ skapi/dragi prijateli".

Hope that helps!
Have a great time!
