You need to man up.
If you want her to be your woman, you better start (or keep doing it if you already do) flirting with her. It builds sexual attraction. This is what moves you from being a "friend" to being a potential "boyfriend"!
Just take it slow, if you feel it "ruining" your relationship (it won't) then you can back off.

Just go with the flow, i mean, go slow at first let her know that you care for her but do it slow, step by step. the thing is that you must be sincere, your relationship doesn´t have to change unless you want it. try to be prudent
