Until you can see your doctor, stay away from drugs and alcohol and try to meditate some. You have more power to control OCD within your mind than you may think. Remember, whether you think you have to do something or not, it's still your decision whether you do it or not. Break the cycle once and it will get easier and easier.
But to answer your question: Zoloft works well for me and my symptoms are similar. But seriously, meditation will calm your mind in thew mean-time.

Sounds like you have are predisposed to this "hectic" lifestyle. This may have more to do with your personality than drugs. How about some lifestyle changes? Improve your diet, relax, meditate, no more TV. Check back in a few weeks.

When was the last time you took a day off? Sounds like you're workin' and not livin'. Take a deep breath, stand straight, chest out, exhale, repeat, now take a day off dammit! You're killin' yourself.
