Im looking for a camera that doesn't take blurry pics just because someone moved or something. Anyone know what that is called?

If you want a sharp picture even when the subject moves (i.e. the subject is in motion) then you need to either use a faster shutter speed to freeze the action, or pan the camera (move the camera so that the subject stays stationary).

If you are talking about taking a sharp picture even if you (the photographer) is moving (i.e. your hands are shaking), then you are talking about image stabilization. Look for a camera that offers image stabilization.

This feature is called shutter speed. It is measured in fractions of a second. If you want to take a good photo you should get a camera with a shutter speed of about 1/2,000- fast shutter. When you get your camera, you don't have to worry about getting a steady image. The salesman might brag about how it has "Super Steady image" (all of a sudden the camera has super powers!). All cameras have image stabilization. So long as you have a camera with good shutter speed and white balance setting you have a pretty good image.
