Drink a lot of water. Water will fill you up during those times that you shouldn't be eating.

The trick is when you take your breaks, do something constructive like walking, reading a book, listen to music. And stay away from the snack area of the school if that is possible. After a while you will get used to not having that snack and you won't crave it anymore. Don't listen to the people that question your self-discipline and self-control, it isn't always about that. Sometimes when your body is used to having a certain kind of food you become like an addict and you crave it, so you have to break the craving. Good luck.

Drink some water or chew on some ice. Wait it out. Cravings usually go away after 10 minutes.

Go to the grocery store and stock up on organic apples and chewing gum, preferably peelu gum which is sugar-free and all-natural. Try not to base your diet on money if possible, it can lead you to make really poor food choices.

Drinking more water and eating apples will improve your hydration which is good for studying. Chewing gum has also recently been indicated in increasing brain activity.

Eat the largest meals in the morning, it is better to fast in the pm hours.

Good luck and good health to you!

Yu can't help yourself? What the hell is that?! You just don't do it...don't you have any self discipline or self control? I know it's hard at a young age to fight some urges we get, but gimme a break, it's food, not oxygen..just don't eat!

Hey-don't feel bad! i had the same problem and i am so over it now! what i did is just this: whenever i ate something, i'd make sure it was in small portion, so every time i get hungry, its small. don't OVEReat, just eat small portions every so often...are you scared of getting fat or something? ps. hope this helps!

Make yourself wait 15 minutes. If after that time you still want it, have it. BUt usually you can distract yourself and be ok.

Can you ask a teacher to hold your card for you and then sneak it back to you at lunchtime?
