Oh, please! When you're as old as I am (46) there's only one answer here... Ovaltine... especially if it's hot.
(Unless you live somewhere you can get Nestle Milo - lol)
Malt is the key to all the world's trauma and pain... stress just melts away with a cup of Ovaltine :)
