To much weight to loose in to little time if you want lasting results. Otherwise protein shakes 3x per day and lots of water and nothing else. Exercise like a mad man training for a triathlon and that should do it if it doesn't kill you first. Wear black it is slimming.

That's not possible without seriously depleting your body of nutrients and killing yourself. You can lose 2.5 to 3 lbs a week safely with diet and exercise.

Exercise ALOT!!! If those people on biggest loser can do it then I know you can. Obviously you need to lower your caloric intake but still eat and healthy. But exercise 2-3 hours a DAY. And it will come off.

You didn't gain 15 pounds in 17 days and you won't loose it that fast either. Watch what you eat, add exercise and be happy with any that you do loose.

Fasting! 17 days of fasting won't kill you. I'm sure doctors wouldn't advise it, but it's been since the dawn of creation (usually for religious purposes). I would think if you fasted, and subsisted on water, and vitamins, you would cut that weight fast. Good luck! :)
