Cheese and club crackers, no, fruit and veggies, yes. A little bit of nuts is not bad either. Instead of the crackers try whole grain or whole wheat toast, with just a tiny bit of cheese or a spoon of peanut butter, half a banana or some sugar free jam. But you really need a variety of things in order to stay healthy.

Ummm, no. Cheese is actually high in fat, and is good for you, but eating that everyday will most likely put weight on you. Club crackers...high, empty carbs=more fat. If you do happen to lose weight, you won't be feeling very good because cheese and crackers won't give you nearly as many nutrients your body needs. Veggies are your best best because they're healthy and can virtually put no fat on you. Fruit is good, just remember that certain fruits have more sugar than others, so just be careful of how many of which fruit you eat. AND don't eat anything canned.
The best thing you can do is EXERCISE and take a whole food supplement.

Club crackers are terrible for you....fatty, lots of caloires and sodium. Most crackers are bad for you. Substitute the crackers with an apple or something...or try 100% whole wheat crackers.

The truth of any and all diets is it is not so much which foods you eat, but how much of them eat and how much you exercise. Keep fat intake between 20-30% per day. For weight control it all comes down to calorie intake vs. calorie expenditure.

Most of the time it's not what you eat but how much you eat. If you eat small portions you should lose... but not if you eat small portions 20 times a day.
