It's possible that something new is using these markings. I doubt it, and I used a online resource updated at least quarterly.

If you can't find it on Webmd.com, you can always call your local poison control center and they can look it up. Your local pharmacy should have a book that lists every drug and tells what it looks like. I worked in a pharmacy before so that's how I know. Because it has a V and a 4 digit number on it, I tend to think it is a generic of something. Usually, brand name drugs have their name on one side and strength on the other. Hope this helps.

name brand wellbutrin tabs are circular.....definately not that. I can think of something similar to that. Generic Norco 10, which are hydrocodone 10/APAP 325s. They are yellow tabs, oblong and i guess? sort of capsule shaped. Show and ask your pharm though.
