I was with the only person I can say I was truly in love with for 5 years and now we are done. He seems to have moved on but I still am having a lot of trouble. I was very good to him and he just took me for granted, have heard he is already seeing someone else which hurts like h..., dont know what or how to move on and quit thinking about him. All I ever wanted from him was to be loved and for him to give me affection. So please help me! Thanks

you have to have the drive to pass the first stage of moving on - and that is to accept the fact that you're no longer together. keep away anything that reminds you of him... learn to love yourself more than anything and anyone in this world... go out. meet new people. always look at things on the brighter side. that way, letting go will be less harder. i am speaking as someone who just went through what you're going through... search for the song "Invincible" by Christian Bautista... it helped me a lot... pretty much. goodluck!

You should move on too. It's great that you did a lot for him but some guys just ignore that. You'll find a guy who adores you and appreciates what you do for him. Take it slow. Try somethings that will keep your mind off of him like outdoor activities or hanging with the girls. You'll find the right person. I know it sucks when long relationships end but they end for a reason!

Sorry to hear that your hurting !!! But like everyone will say you have more than enough to offer someone who will be rite for you!! Stop wasting tears on someone who is no longer worth them. If your a real woman then you'll find a real man who will take all your pain away with just a smile. Then you'll be laughing at this question!

you should aslo move on. there is someone that will take your love and cherish it. go out with your friends and have fun, do things that you weren't able to do when you were with him. go out of your comfort zone and just have fun!!! you'll eventually find someone great
