Do live FOR your work? You should look for things to do like you were a visiting tourist. Depending on what country/city you live in, I'll bet there are lots of touristy things to do. Pick up your local paper on Friday, and see if there is a section dedicated for weekend things-to-do. Start there and enjoy your weekends!!
Oh, to answer "y do humans go 2 work". People work to earn money to pay the bills, buy stuff, save for retirement, or any other of the millions of reasons people work.
If your work is just a job, that you don't think it means anything, then I suggest you look for a job that you might ENJOY. Some painters paint houses to pay the bills, but they might also paint portraits or landscapes on the side, just because they like to do so.

best thing to kill time is sleep ...eat....sleep at weekends...
humans go to work bcoz to fulfill food,clothes and shelter necessity...
and if he had all this then for timepass he goes to work...
