I'm going to give you my recipe for hot wings, that are mild. You will need chicken wings, 2 packets of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing, 1 bottle of mild La Victoria bottled salsa ( look at the lid it will have mild printed on the lid) 1 half stick butter, and lemon juice about 3 tablespoons. In a saucepot mix everything but the wings and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Dip wings in to mixture and bake in the oven until done. This is how I make hot wings but mine are hot. I hope that I have been some help to you.

BBQ sauce. Find a mild BBQ to toss your wings in. The original Buffalo sauce is a blen of Pete's Red Hot and clarified butter (just to let you know). Find a mild BBQ that you like and thin it out with some melted butter (nice if you clarify the butter but not neccesary). Toss the wings with the sauce after they are cooked. The butter will leave a nice sheen on the wings.

This is my standby, only I'm toning it down for more mild. 3/4 stick of butter, 1 packet Good Season Italian Seasoning mix, 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce. Melt and stir everything together over med-low heat.

If you want hotter, just increase the hot sauce. I generally use about 1/3 cup +.
