Ok, let's deal with one thing at a time here. Yes, they are too young for a bath, especially since wothout their mother they can't get warm. Are they eating food yet? If not you'll have to hand feed them with a littel bottle and milk replacer (specifically made for puppies) until they do eat. When they start eating, I reccommend mixing some fo the milk replacer formula with some canned puppy food to make a thin gruel that they can lap up. If they are already eating food, you might want to try putting some of the formula in the food so they still get the proper nutrition, ince they shouldn't really be weaned until they're 8-12 weeks old. Make sure you keep all types of poison away from your animals, as you've learned the hard way it's very dangerous, and the animals don't know the difference, unfortunately.

I hope that the pups were not nursing because the poison will most likely come through the moms milk.Yes, you can give them a bath. Use a puppy shampoo and keep them in a warm 75 degree room untill fully dry.
In addition:
I have washed 2 week old pups. And they are all alive today! By 5 weeks old they should be well on their way to being weaned. But thats a whole other question!

No, but just use warm water and make sure you dry them well. If you must you some sort of soap, use Johnson's and Johnson's baby soap in a very small amount. Sorry to hear about moma dog, I see this far too often.

I would talk to your veterinarian. 5 weeks is young for a puppy to be without a mother.
