Sounds like a scam. If his Uncle owns a huge company why didn't he go there first, why is his mother selling her land?

Makes no sense to me.

Don't you send him any money.

Have you considered getting a fiance visa? You will have to marry within like 90 days though. You must go through an interview to enter the country though. If you are paying someone to get a visa without going through any red tape, that sounds kinda fishy. Another option is that you could travel to Ghana. If you choose to marry over there, when you get home it will be much easier to bring him here. Call here:

Sorry, but many men in Africa are seeking a free ride to America. Just like women in China and the Philippines. Sounds like a scam to me too. If his family was so rich he would have had no problem getting a visitors visa. My advice ? Find someone here !

That sounds corrupt and illegal to me. Your fiance should try to get into the US on a K visa, not a tourist visa. Check out the website www.uscis.gov, it has information on Form I-129 "Petition for Alien Fiance".

First you need a foreign residence that you don't plan to abandon. Secondly you need equity in your country, bank account, credit, etc. You will also need fund to show that you can support yourself while in the US. A return ticket to your country might help.

What from what I read, the first, Residence you don't plan to abandon might be why he keeps getting denied.

Yes it is called a bribe if you are in such a hurry to meet him why not go there instead ? sounds like he maybe hiding something and there maybe reasons he is considered politically unfit for a visa you may have to move there anyway so shouldn't you get to know your new home ?

maybe your fiance is referring to something what we call "bribery." You should petition for you future husband under the K-1 category instead of him tryin to come to the US as a visitor...get a good lawyer as you gonna need one.....Good luck!!!

Sounds illegal to me.
If he was denied and they set ground rules for him to enter the US then he has to go by those ground rules before he can enter. PERIOD.
