I've had 2 kidney infections and they are excrutiating. Starts with a fever and what feels like cramps (only from the kidney) I was moving the day mine started and I thought I had pulled my back. It then goes to very painful urination and horrible pain. I ran a fever of 104 before I was able to get some Cipro into my system. You need to get to a doctor, prolonged infection without treatment can cause kideny problems further down the line.
Feel better.

What makes you so sure it's a kidney infection? how do you know it's not a problem with the lower back such as a slipped disc, a bulging disc, a ruptured disc. Any kind of lower back problem could be the lower spine also, don't forget that.
If you continue to show negative results in the renal area look into the lower spine. Pains in your right leg, you toes burning, etc. I won't go any further because your sure it's your kidneys, I'm not.

It could be a kidney infection, definately go back to your doctor or if you can't see him go to the ER. Especially if you have a fever, nausea, or vomiting you really need to get to the ER. Kidney infections can get ugly really quick and you don't want to take any chances.

Although your back pain couold be that of a kidney infection it's not limited to your kidneys. Have your docotr check all the other organs in your lower back region

It could be an infection, or maybe even kidney stones - but you won't know until you go to the doctor. So get an appointment ASAP!

Hopefully by now you have seen a doctor. I recommend finding an experienced chinese doctor, especially if they have trained in China for diagnosis, general maintenance, knowledge, compassion and affordability.
It is a severe condition, a common symptom is hysterical behavior and general anxiety.
Get help and get well soon.
