HAS IT CHANGED ANY?

My folks bought a house there just recently and I lived in it for a while to fix it up before they moved in proper. Since then (year and half ago) I can't say the town has changed at all. There's more retirees there from Alberta that are coming in and building houses that look like they belong in Calgary. When they move in though they get mad that people farm in this farming community and they get mad at the few hippy types that pass through during fruit picking season. It's pretty laughable.

The polygamists are the other big thing going on given the things that have been going on around Warren Jeffs.

Thats about it

Crestion? or Creston in the Kootenays? I Live not too far from there and travel through there to get to alberta, I don't think it's changed much in about the last 20 years.

Actually, Creston is really booming right now. I visit relatives there quite often, and it is definately growing. The main street is still the main street though, not much changed there.
