I feel that if a man or woman wants solicit their bodies than have at it.It's not like making it illegal makes it go away.

I think your idea is a little confusing though. I mean what;s the point of legalizing prostitution, but making it illegal to but sex. That's contradictory.

I think they should bring back brothels. That way you won't have woman getting beaten by pimps, or having drugs pushed upon them. Maybe then our run aways wouldn't be manipulated into prostitution.

Just a though

Prostitution is not against the law!!! Solicitation for sex is. Dont blame the men anymore than the women. Women are no more victims here than men are....that is a myth that women love to hide behind.

Here's another idea, legalize it where she can call a cop instead of depending on a pimp for protection.

Your idea might fly somewhere, but I'm pretty sure castration is considered cruel and unusual.

fact be stated, that's a state concern. Many states have distinctive rules relating to the legality of all kinds of intercourse. whether those rules are mentioned/enforced is yet another concern (often is going unpunished) you would be shocked on the fairly some rules they write down, yet oftentimes, intercourse in a private place (with 2 consenting adults) is considered suited. chuffed Sucking!

I think you're got it wrong. I believe prostitution should be legalized, licensed, and regulated to protect the men and women who choose to follow this profession.
Let's face it, you're not going to stamp it out, so why not get rid of the hypocrisy and do it properly.
