Shrimp is camarones (plural form) or camaròn (singualr form). It also depends which country. Other words are quisquilla or esquila. Where I lived, they did not make Chili so when in doubt, just describe the ingredients. Offer hamburger/bean dish- un plato de carne molida con frijoles. Most of the time you can learn a language faster if you just start describing the words with the vocabulary that you know and then they will provide you with the correct name.
