Depends on the laws in your particular trailer court. Why don't you call Jerry Springer about it.

This is a sticky situation. You need to think about several things before filing a police report. What is your relationship with your sister? Does she have a history of doing these kinds of things in the past with you or other relatives? Is there any way of talking to your sister in hopes of a solution? Can other family members help in this situation? How important are these items to you?
Filing a police report against your sister can possibly damage your relationship with her so badly that it will be very difficult to continue a relationship. I would think about all these things and try every avenue you have available to you before filing a police report. If nothing else helps then you probably might have to file a report, but think hard before you make that decision.
I hope this helps :)

You can, but it will create a rift between the two of you that will last for years, or, perhaps, even forever. Since I don't know the details, my first reaction is to tell you to wait and try everything you can to resolve this between the two of you without calling in the police (who will, probably, not be able to do more than tell you to take it to civil court).

The first thing the cops are going to ask is if you can prove you own it. You will need receipts or bills of sale.
Need details of circumstances, did she live with you and move out and take your furniture or was this a burglary?

Yes, unless you feel it is alright that she did this to you. She is obviously not loving you. So how about you step up and love you. She is wrong and you need to take care of you. B/c she is telling you that she feels you will not take care of yourself if it comes to you actually doing something about it. She does not believe that you will stand up for yourself. She feels she can do whatever and get away with it. She is walking all over you and telling you that your nothing. Do you feel that you are nothing? Then why are you even asking.. go call.

Tell her you'll be sending a van/truck over on (day) so make sure she have it ready by then. If she still refuse, tell her she can have it, at a price. If that doesn't work, take a few friends over, and load it in the car. Done!

Tell her that if she doesn't return it then you will file a police report. Maybe that will motivate her to return it. If she calls your bluff and doesn't, then do it. Or call the police and tell them the situation and ask what your options are.

Buy a new one. And don't talk to her anymore. Cut your ties with her. You got an abusive sister there.
