not necessarily hurt persay, but sorry that something happened to that person. Maybe sympathetic. But if it's not my fault, then I'm not really hurt, just sorry that it happened. If it is my fault, then I'm hurt and extremely apologetic.

i understand what your trying to say but i dont know how to explain it k!! will my understanding is you feel bad becaues that person got hurt but its not your fault you know its not your fault uyou know that but thier something inside of you that makes you feel bad even if you did not do it, maybe becaues you have a soft heart

I figure that if you feel you've done something wrong apologize and move on. If you don't feel you've done something wrong skip the apology and just move on.
