Dear me...it sounds like eczema. I had this several years ago. You are having an allergic reaction to something. It could be a lotion or soap or it could even be a food allergy.

The only way to get rid of eczema completely is to take omega oils like in flaxseed oil or you can try LiquiMax from Sam's Club. Both items are ingested (swallowed).

In the mean time, do nothing to the water blisters. Keep them clean but do not put any lotion on it or bandages. However, you can put a clean paper towel on it and then apply a massager/vibrator to it. You will see the paper towel get wet. This will relieve the blisters without harming the skin. The blisters will keep coming back until you are over your eczema attack.

Tell your doctor about this because you cannot have any vaccinations if you have eczema. You also have to be careful about your liver (such as do not drink alcoholic beverages but if you do, only drink a little).

Also, try to figure out what caused the attack. Stress can aggrevate it. Mine was caused by iodine a doctor told me to put on my foot. My reaction was so bad, I had it for six months and two doctors thought I would have to have my foot amputated.

My mother had it and took one tablespoon of flaxseed oil every hour for three days. It never came back. If you try this, stay near home. That much oil might "grease the works" and you might get diarrhea but it is only cleaning you out, it is not making you sick.
My Mother's case was severe. I am sure that if you take LiquiMax and try to avoid the cause, you will do fine. The LiquiMax you take an ounce (you can put in orange juice or 7-Up) every morning. It only costs about 14 dollars for a month's supply.

I hope this info will help you. We went to four doctors and they were not able to help. Take Care.

You sound as though you have an alergic reaction to something, try some benadryl ointment on it, and when dealing with any kind of chemicals use gloves sometimes different kinds of fabric can cause this as well such as nylon.
