Dead easy. When duck is about 3/4 cooked - remove from oven - pour away all fat - set duck aside for a bit -deglaze the roasting dish with a little white wine - add some GOOD quality marmelade, a touch of honey, a touch of 5 Spice or cinnamon and some fresh orange juice. Mix all around - pop duck back and baste with the juices till fully cooked. Could not be easier!

Make your own, this is what I do. Take half pint of orange juice, sugar and some chicken gravy mix. Heat the the juice in a pan then blend in 2 teaspoonful of sugar and the gravy mix (to the proportion you would use for half pint of gravy). Keep stirring and bring to the boil until the sauce thickens. Let it cool a while then taste it season with salt and pepper to taste and add more sugar if necessary. Cut about 3 full 3mm thick slices from a fresh orange and add these to the sauce. Simmer gently for 5 minutes to soften the orange then add a nice knob of butter and stir until melted to produce a smooth finish. Takes me less that 15mins. PS> for an even better flavour use orange marmalade instead of sugar
