iam a female wants to claim for my fathers propery where my brothers are objecting for the same what to do?

i want to claim the property of my father and my mother too but my two brothers are objecting for the same and no informations are coming to my notice please and both of them are expired last year ie 2005 now i want to claim
can anybody advise ie am i eligible for my parents property as a right and i heard i have full rights over my mothers property
we are two sisters
what to do can i go legaly will it be helpful to me and am i going to loose ?
can anybody help me out.
