Help! Every other house in my neighborhood is decorated and I look like a scrooge!

I need a quick and easy project that will look good.

I don't have any bushes or shrubs but I do have two oak trees in my yard. I've wrapped the lights around the base of the tree but need a little more zing.

've tried staking the lights to the ground on the perimeter of the yard, but I can't find any of the proper stakes and some of the lights are going in the wrong direction.

Get some rolls/strips of chicken wire and attach them to whatever or wherever you would like to put lights. Drape the lights over them in whatever design you would like. Because there are so much surface and yet so many holes in the wire, it allows for all types of designs. Put the chicken wire in place with a large staple gun or tacks.
