Hello Friend, There are a lot of things but I would make it simple and common for all the different people, culture, races.
I will preach only one Priniciple to every one in the world
" Be Good and Do Good"
When you say the things like God is great to the people they will start a war in the Name of God, I will tell them by praising God, God can not be pleased but God can be pleased only by following his commands. There are many commands from God but as you said if I were Prophet i would say only one thing " Be Good and Do Good".

I would spread the word of God. I would tell his people what the Lord wanted them to know and guide them back to the Father. And I would live my life the best way I could so that the people would have an example to follow.
But I can tell you for a fact that I will NEVER be the Prophet. So I am not to worried.

First, since I believe that God has had many prophets, I'd question my own belief that I am "THE" prophet of God.
Then, I'd test my "message" against the Scriptures (being Christian, I'd check the Bible.)
If it all works out, and I discovered I'm just "A" prophet of God, I'd deliver the message.
Bad things happen to Prophets who don't "play ball" with God.

If I were a prophet of God in this day and age,I would be at the wailing wall in Israel ministering and warning the people.
Remember the story of the two witnesses in the end times?

Depends on which god you're referring to. I'm not going to accept a position with a deity I'm not comfortable with. For example, take the one the Jews, Christians & Muslims seem to big on. First we'd need to clear up some BIG issues directly with him.
1. What's with the big vanity thing? You want people to sing to you? Fine, then lead a chorus. Such a thin-skinned little prince of a god!
2. The interview is over if you intend on drowning more innocent people, or killing off the first-born in neighborhoods where they don't like you. You want more followers .. hint: STOP WITH THE SMITING!
3. Related to 2. Take this to the altar: If you love somebody, you don't throw them into a pit of pain forever. Even mass murderers don't do that to their children. That ain't tough love, it's insane sadism. (Especially if you do it because they didn't kiss up!)
4. I will NOT do the Jeremiah shtick; "You're all going to hell .. you're all sinners .. life sucks.. etc." Give me a sunnier message or I'm outta here.
5. Do you have a dental plan?.

“Music is the art of the prophets and the gift of God”
- Martin Luther
If I were the prophet of God, I would make myself heard through music. :)

I would judge you according to the true prophets of God as disclosed in the Holy Scriptures, in accordance with the teaching of Scripture. If you disagree with them, guess who's wrong?

Anyone who speaks forth the word of God is a Phrophet of God
So those people that do that carry on with life and nothing else

Of God himself, I would be honored, and I'm sure God would speak through me, so it isn't my words that come out.
I'm already a missionary, doing His working, helping to bring people closer to Him.
Of "a god" ....... I don't believe in gods, so I don't believe there are prophets of gods.
