In my feeling Jesus will return in the 7th year (7000 yrs)
and since the bible says 1000 years is like 1 day to God
and God rested on the seventh day of creation, I believe that Jesus will return in the 7000th year of Jubilie---->
No one knows but God the Day or Hour but he didn't say we could guess the year-

Since the earth is about 4.6 billion years old I think that He came back a long time ago.

There is NO proof that what is written in the bible is real either.

"The ages of the various rock formations, the Earth, the Moon, and meteorites have been measured using radiometric (also called isotopic) dating techniques — atomic clocks within the rocks themselves that, if properly used, reveal the elapsed time since the rocks formed. There is overwhelming scientific evidence that the oldest rocks on the Earth are 3.6 to 3.8 billion years old, that the oldest rocks on the Moon are 4.4 to 4.6 billion years old, and that the Earth, the Moon, and meteorites all formed about 4.5 to 4.6 billion years ago. In addition, these same dating techniques have conclusively verified and quantified the relative geologic time scale, which was independently deduced by stratigraphers and paleontologists on the basis of nearly two centuries of careful scientific observations of the sequence of sedimentary rock units and fossils."

"Growing numbers of geologists now believe that Marble Canyon and the Inner Gorge may be no more than 700,000 years old -- veritable infants on the geologic time scale, and much younger than the earlier 3-million- to 5-millionyear-old estimates. Some scientists now believe that a third of the canyon's depth may have been cut in the blink of a geologic eye -- perhaps during the past 600,000 to 700,000 years."

Scientists have 'measured & calculated' the decline of magnatism over the the past 100-years.

IF one would Extrapolate the rate of decay and cancluate backwards, ONLY ONE MILLION YEARS, the earth would be a Black Hole!

Sorry those that post supposed contradictions to your question = MISSED SCIENCE CLASS!

Yes, I would say that 7K-years is about right!

Thanks for a Real Question!

Wow... it was 7,000 years old a few billion years ago. Maybe he came and left already. That means you're screwed.
