Had the same problem .All itv channels went early this year I had to buy a wideband digital aerial to cure the problem!. Leave it for a few days and try a retune of your box first though.

In my adventure - each and each and every of the ITV channels are broadcast on a weaker signal than the BBC channels - so that they are harder to get. On a good day you're in a position to %. them up, different days you is definitely no longer in a position to. the perfect probability of convalescing the signal comes from the following (assuming you're in a respectable coverage area) - examine wiring, get rid of any splitters and so on from arial wiring. also use astounding stuff no longer low-priced arial cord. - make confident you've were given a respectable freeview field, more recent ones are a lot extra perfect at acquiring a demonstration than older ones. - examine arial is a extra moderen wideband one no longer an previous one.

Switch it off. Completely. If necessary pull out the plug. Leave it off for a few minutes.
This usually works.

You're not exactly missing much, are you? :-p

If I were you, I'd just rescan the box. Should fix it. Check your digibox's signal strength meter before though - if it's too low you may lose more channels when you rescan.
