This is the second of the Earth's ten commandments wrote by Ernest Callenbach but I'm not sure what it means exactly, why would you celebrate the changing seasons as well?

It is one of the tennents of witchcraft and goddess worship generally. The Earth is Sacred because she is the Goddess, the seasons are celebrated because these represent her nature. Since the Goddess is the divine and the divine is all that there is, then the goddess is also in every part of us and so celebrating her seasons we celebrate ourselves as who we truly are. There is so much more to it than this but I hope it will be a start

Take care of your surroundings- all of them and welcome with harvest the changing seasons. Do not curse, the weather but rather enjoy, benefit and welcome it.
