A person is currently under court supervision for a dui but recieves a failure to stop at a stop sign ticket while under supervision still...what is likely to happen?

if the person is allowed to drive and has a valid drivers' license, they will probably not get their probation violated. They'll get the points on their license, of course, so this could affect their license if they have too many points.

nothing as long as he was otherwise in compliance...license, not drunk etc.
