Lots of ab exercises. Like the plank, crunches and stretching.

Suck in your stomach and sit up straight. keep your posture correct at all times. Walk tall.

No snacking in front of TV, eat healthy.

whatever you do, take it slow!
I use the crunch method and work in a large ball while on my back on the ball, I will slowly lower weights with my arms outstretched over my head. Do 20 reps and 5 - 8 sets of reps. Good luck!

I read that in order for your ab muscels to show definition you have to have no more than 12%-18% body fat?
