Hopefully this is a joke, but if not, at least name your child something that other people can pronounce

Why don't you and your partner hold out for a son, and name HIM Gordon? It's a horrible name for a little girl, and there isn't the chance of a snowball in hell for someone to think Gordon is a 'unisex' name, and Gordona is just.... goofy. I'd pity a child named Gordona. Maybe try Donna as a compromise.
I'm not sure what to think of Morkswa, did you make it up or is it just an extremely uncommon name? I can't imagine a young child learning to spell it or say it easily, but that's something she can get over easily enough. The only thing I can say about a name like Morkswa is this, imagine how you would feel growing up with a name like that, would you have resented your parents for giving you such an unorthodox title? Would you have liked the attention it got you?

Gordona sounds like the spanish word for FAT
and Morskwa it's not pretty neither, sorry.
Gabrielle, Veronique, Andree, are better.

Gordon is fine, actually. There are lots of unisex names around, like Alex, Sam and Nicky to name a few.
Gordona sounds ridiculous (I'm sorry), and Morkswa is a mouthful, honestly, and surely you don't want your child to be mocked because of an uncommon and hard to pronounce name in future.

Hi there,
Well end of the day you can't ask your child to choose a name,so you have to.
One thing must me remembered that this child has to live with this name and could get bullied for it.
Just the other day I've been talking to my close friend and said to her that I would like to name my daughter (if I ever have one) Liberty or Faith,so she gave me the same advise what I just have given to you.
Your choice sounds lovely, but the child's interest always comes first!
All the best:
B.

just remember that kids can be crule when it comes to other children and i guess if you call your daughter morkswa i can only think they will call her mork the dork, which wont be nice for her and with gordona it will probably get shortened to dona. personally im not keen on either

Only if you want to subject the little mite to relentless bullying at school for about fifteen years!
Have a bit of common sense.
Gordiana is a classical name which sounds a little better, but Morkswa... Pur lease?

I think both sound like men's names. Morkswa is the better of the two names, but only by a tiny bit.
