If you haven't tried the over-the-counter brands, like Nuetragena, Clean and Clear, etc., try those first and see what happens. I would recommend ProActive, but it DID NOT WORK for me.
If you are very serious and concerned, go to the dermatologists. If you don't have medical insurance, look in your local phone book and call around dermatologists offices to get quotes for a consultation and prices per visit. They can get kind of expensive, but your face will be clear. In my area (Mich), usually an average visit to the derm is about $40. Many dermatologists have you come in at least 6 times. So thats 6 times $40. Maybe $240? But do not quote that price because everyone is different.
But to save money, check out some over the counter brands or ask your local pharmacists (cvs, rite-aid, walgreens, etc.)
good luck

alcohol is a very powerful anti-bacterial reactant I would suggest to buy a small spray bottle buy at least a 98 % alcohol bottle poor the alcohol into the bottle and then spray it lightly on your face in the shower after using anti-bacterial soap….
Now it will sting a lil bit and give a kind of sense of choking, but your not choking and your not going to die lol..it will sting a lil bit, but afterwards you should feel a very fresh sensation of cleaning, and if u keep repeating this treatment u will find that when u wake up, the pimples will slowly each day disappear out of existence on your face.

Just wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and keep it moisturized in the mornings with an oil-free facial moisturizer. You need to clean it to remove oil, and keep it moisturized because when skin is dry, your body creates excess oil for your face to keep it moisturized.
