Well there are a few things that could happen. I myself steer clear of all caffinated drinks, why here is why:

1) The caffiene content slowly makes you FAT!!
2) The caffiene content slowly wrecks your nervous system!
3) If pregnant, it wrecks the baby's nervous system!
4) You can become addicted to the caffiene and become a caffiene fiend.
5) You may never sleep again if you drink too much.

Other than those things, it should be ok! But I prefer to never touch the stuff again!! Good luck and I hope this helps you!

There are 2 ingredients in Coca Cola that you may want to avoid: sugar and caffeine. As already mentioned, too much Coke (sugar) can add on undesired pounds. Too much caffeine will make you edgy, and will dehydrate your body. You need to drink more water (the same goes for too much coffee) in order to replenish your body with liquids.

You can get addicted to caffeine - be careful. It is a physical addiction, which means your body needs this "drug". If you want to shake a caffeine addiction, go cold-turkey for 7 days and your over it.

But in a normal quantity, Coke is ok. Just like in other areas of life, you can enjoy lots of things in moderation.
