Obviously your friend has the problem, not her ex.
It sounds callous, but ever heard the expression "Wrong me once, shame on you; wrong me twice, shame on me..."? Well, your friend is not learning her lesson with her ex and she is the one willing to put up with the lies you mentioned he's telling.
Maybe you should tell your friend to let the other love interest go until she gets things straightened out with her ex.

tell the other two guys that shes has moved on with a someone else and that she just wants to be friends with them and nothing more. And tell the two guys that if they want her to be happy they will leave her relationship alone.and they will if they actually do care about her!And tell them that she will be heartbroken if if something happens between her and this guy and it'll make things worse beacuse she'll be at at the two guys!anyway good luck!i wish u and your friend the very best!!! :)

SHE SHOULD DO WHAT SHE WANTS AND STOP BELIEVING EVERYTHING HER EX SAYS OR CARING WHAT HE THINKS BUT SEEING AS HOW SHE STILL DOES IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE SHE'S OVER HER EX OR EVEN LIKES THIS OTHER DUDE. WHEN YOU LIKE SOMEONE OR ARE "IN LOVE" WITH SOMEONE THERE'S NOTHING ANYONE ELSE CAN DO ABOUT IT. YOUR FRIEND MAY BE TELLING YOU SHE NEEDS HELP BUT IF SHE REALLY WAS OVER HER EX AND WANTED TO GIVE THIS OTHER GUY A TRY SHE'D BE DOING IT. I THINK YOU SHOULD STAY OUT OF IT, IT'S OBVIOUSLY NOT A BIG DEAL TO HER OR ELSE SHE'D BE ASKING THE QUESTIONS.

If your friend is willing to believe lies about the man she supposedly loves from someone as biased as her ex, there isn't much advise that she is going to listen to. So my advise isn't about what your friend should do, it is about what you should do. Tell her that her ex is lying to her to make her break up with her current boyfriend and then don't do anything else. She is her own person who has to make her own decisions.

Both of who? Where? Sounds like she needs to make the "ex," the "ex" and get away from his influence.

The ex is just jealous, get a restraining order on him and start dating the other guy

That sounds reallly complicated and I don't want to tell you the wrong thing, so this is what I am going to say. Follow your heart, trust your heart and you'll be okay in the end.
