instead of avoiding me like I thought he would, he talked to me. Is he just buttering me up for another go? I'm confused. I mean this was my first and only one night stand,I've known this guy for awhile. Could he just want to be friends still? Is it at all possible he actually likes me? Not that it matters I'd never persue a relationship with him. Any thoughts?
Serious answers only please.

To get the real answer to your question, you need to sit down and talk to him. Some people fall in love with someone after a one night stand, maybe he just still wants to be friends, and if the sex (or making love -- or however you want to say it) was really great, maybe he is "just buttering you up for another go." Talk to him, let him know how you feel - tell it was enjoyable, but you only want him as a friend. ABOVE ALL - re-read my first sentence -- talk to him -- if you had sex with him, he must at least be your friend and you have some feelings. Real friends are hard to come by. Good luck.

You'll need to talk to him. He might not understand that it was meant to be just a one night stand.

However, just because he's not a complete ******* and ignores you after having sex, doesn't mean he wants a relationship. He might just be more mature about it than most guys. If he's a great guy friendship is definitely possible even after a one night stand.

Also, I don't think you're easy for having had a one night stand, just don't turn it into a habit cause then you might end up feeling bad about it later.

Good Question my dear,
First lets ask the question! Casual sex or One Night Stand what is the definition?
For you or I to step into this most extreme of personal realms and share our bodies," literally" this does require a deep level of trust and in this case sense of surrender and loyalty, Right!!!
Atleast this is the very basic basis of the sexual encounter without getting guteral and cavemanish/womanish. So If you surrender your body to this "friend" and let go for an hour or two or a whole night or weekend you have sent the signal that you trust5, you have surrendered to him your very soul as it were and body and you are prone to desire more and he is probably instibctively passively keeping the door open by being a friend or commrade as it were. Yes he probably desires more of you, perhaps sexually as well as perhaps as a closer than a friend with benifits. Take care sweet heart and guard that beautiful heart. It`s easier to walk up to a chicgo steel lamp post in the dead of winter at 32 degrees below zero and stick your warm wet tongue to the lamp post and try to turn and walk away quickly leaving your tongue there on the frozen lamp post than to have casual sex and leave a peace of yourself each time with strangers and so called friends, after awhile you`re all given out and used up with a hole the size of texas in your soul you`ll never be able to refill unless Christ is allowed to come in and fill it up!
Hugs
Jim

I think he may be a little confused as well. He is probably thinking that he was lucky enough to get some from you, but wonders why you chose him to be your first and only one night stand. At the some time he is trying to stay close so he can get more.

To be honest with you only you and he know , but in my opinion, either he is extremely confused on whether or not you guys are moving up the relationship ladder or he has another relationship, so he probably wants to continue being a friend with privilege.

Maybe he thinks that you have established a booty call thing.
It is a wonderful thing. Someone you can call up at 3 in the morning after dancing your *** off with every guy in the club and getting all turned on. A sweet release, with no strings attached. It is a beautiful thing.

hes most likely hanging around for a second chance at you, but at the same time he may feel that it was a mistake but still wants to be friends and not hurt you by acting like it never happend and taking off.....my suggestion is to just lay all the cards on the table just ask him straight up for his thoughts on the situation.....i know it may be hard and uncomfortable to put someone on the spot but honestly its ur best chance to closr up this situation
