I'm a girl and didn't lose it until 21. I'm glad I waited until I really knew what love was. Most of my friends lost it at 14, 15, 16 and say now that they regret it.

I was 15, she was a 21 year old college cheerleader.
I fell in love with her, my stomach ached until I could see her, and she dated me a little, but I was her boy toy.

My parents only told me "don't have sex" or "save yourself for marriage"
Parents need to talk to their children about sex when there young and give more information.
I talked to my kids about relationships and sex when they were very young (5) and continued until they were older.
they are now 21 and 19 and we have very good communication about sex and they still come to me to ask questions.
