its very likely that you have spyware on your pc.
I had the same problem a while back. I did a scan using Ad-Aware 6, which found and removed spyware, and it fixed the problem.

You have a missing DLL file. Check the rest of the message for the filename and possbile the location. See if you can figure out what program is trying to call the file.

Click on the start button
Select Run
Type in: msconfig
In the window that appears go to the Startup tab
You will see all the programs that are tyring to load when your computer starts. Look for the one calling the DLL file and uncheck it.
(If you can not figure out the program, uncheck a few at a time and reboot until you figure out which one is calling it)

Once you have identifed the program, you can either uninstall it or reinstall it to correct the problem with the file.

Had an identical problem following the hot Steam mega-replace, and all i ought to discover became the registry get admission to fix that wasn't a difficulty. Deleting that document seems to have fastened it! thanks! It became placed at C:software FilesSteamsteam.dll for me.
