Someone told me saline spray is just salt water. I want to make sure I don't get sick or get a stomach ache.

its nasty as hell but it happens to me everytime and its never affected me. i guess it means its working if its getting all the way down there..

It's fine if it runs down your throat. The spray would be absorbed by the tissues in your nose, and would eventually end up in your bloodstream anyway. No worries!

it is no problem. There is a normal opening between your throat and nose.

It's okay I use it daily (because of my dog) it's just saltwater.
