i have lost 4 pound in last 2 week however when i see myself in the mirror i don't see the difference...is it normal???

You won't see much of a difference with only 4 pounds. You're clothes will feel looser before seeing an actual difference.

Yes, you can loose weight without it showing on your body. After my sister-in-law had a baby, she got down to her original weight before she was pregnant and lost 8 additional pounds and still couldn't back into her favorite jeans.

Yes. If you don't workout with weights to get muscle tone, you'll be the exact same shape. For example, if you're pear shaped and lose 15 pounds just by cardio, diet, etc, you'll still be a pear- just a smaller one. You have to get muscle tone as well.

it's very normal...unless you lose like 10-15...it's happen to me before....don't worry....sometime agao i lost like 7 pounds but i looked the same.....especially if you are just straving without eating right or working-out...usually the first few pound don't show but the double digits will

They say about 10 pounds , but even then since you look at your self everyday you may not see it.
