Communicate with him how you are feeling.

It seems you took him as a rebound that can be not so good.
Take the first step and don't fuss when he fusses. Just keep quiet let him have his say and when it is your turn, speak.
There is a general rule about avoiding the you pronoun so that you don't sound as you are accusing the other person.
Begin with for example I (believe, love, any word of your choice) something that compliments him, you your relationship.

your ex thought he got a girl pregnant. and broked off with each other. and after 20 min after you got hooked up with his best friend, to me that sounds like you are using your ex friends boyfriend to try to get back at him for what he has done to you. I don't mean to be harsh, just saying how i see it. so don't get me wrong. step back from both of them. you are young yet find yourself. know what you want. and have fun. don't let the other guy be a rebound you don't want to hurt him like you been hurt. good luck.

You got with him 20 minutes after you broke up with your ex?
You need to take a breath and figure out what you are doing. If he is fussy, you are hasty.

Sit down and talk to him. Tell him whats bothering you...a lasting relationship is based on trust and communication so if you can't communicate with him then maybe hes not really the one for you.

Talk to him about it. Be a little more attentive to what he feels is important- that usually helps.
