A college education is becoming more important than ever. However, college isn't for everyone.Think about what you enjoy doing, what you're good at and how you can make a living at it.If it requires college, you'll just have to suffer through it and get your degree. If it doesn't, perhaps you can go to a trade school or find a mentor that is willing to train and support you.You may be taking too many classes and that can be very overwhelming. If a particular class is causing this frustration go to your college counselor and insist on getting some tutoring help.Good luck!

Well, let me tell you, I hit those periods as an undergrad, but when I REALLY wanted to quit was around March of the worst, hardest, most exhausting year ever--my first year of grad school. One day I was walking to class and I was like, "That's it. I'm sick of doing this every day. I'm going to quit because I don't enjoy it anymore." But I didn't drop out because I would have felt like a failure and hung in there, and now second year is much more relaxed than the first year.
But believe me, all the people I've known who have "taken a break" from college have never gone back. Life got in the way. And college isn't always something you LOVE; it's not a vacation. It's work, it's responsibility, and at times, it really sucks.
This may just be a bad semester, but it's almost over, so just hang in there and have a good nap and a good pizza after your last exam/turned-in paper.

College is not for eveyone, if you are that miserable, take a break.
You could always try taking some online classes later or find a college better suited to your learning needs. There are lots of successful ppl in this day and age who didn't go to college. It does give you an edge, but there are many things you can do without it. Life is too short to be so unhappy. Good Luck

The fatcats who want mice to work for them suppress this idea, but college is nothing but work without pay for people who are afraid to grow up. I suggest getting a full-time job so you'll feel like an adult and finish a two-year degree in four years, or take a six-week trade-school course after you've saved the money to live like an adult during it, or be ambitious and aggressive about any paid training that your employer offers you. College is a fraud; it is a Pinocchio Factory where the corporations' puppets are turned into lying little boys. Don't "be all you can be"; just try to be better than nothing.

I went through the same thing 18 years ago. I dropped out and if I had to do it again I would have stayed in. If you can move back home, go to community college and work for a year that might help. I am now trying to go back to college, working retail does not pay the bills, but that is easier said then done. My life has been good but if I could go back in time and do it again I would have stayed in college.

1. if you can do the work you just might be going for the wrong degree. If you enjoy doing something that is when you will successed
2. If you stop there is like a 90% chance you will never go back to college.
3. I don't know what classes you are taking but think about change to a different type of degree, it will really make a world of difference.
4 see you consouler ( even if they seem like they do not know much about different degrees and what classes you need to take, to change

LilAngel - Islam demands that human beings stone adulterers, and that's genuinely vile, yet not fairly as horrendous as stoning rape victims. In circumstances the place Muslims are stoning rape victims they at the instant are not following what their scriptures tell them - they are doing it because of the fact they are completely morally corrupt barbarians. Deuteronomy, on the different hand, DOES inform you to stone women folk who have interaction in premarital intercourse with out verbally protesting (which might contain a raped woman too afraid to call for help). Now, i'm very chuffed Christians/Jews do not stone human beings any further for adultery or rape (however Christians do kill women folk and youngsters for witchcraft in Nigeria and Papua New Guinea)... yet once you have have been given this far in leaving at the back of the regulation, because of the fact which you know how undesirable that's, why won't you pass a step further and know that any God who ought to command this might could be a monster? (And Muslims who do not help stoning, even however this question wasn't rather approximately you to start with - you could def evaluate that too!)

if you quit now, it is highly unlikely you will go back. Think about other things you have started and then took a break and then never finished (puzzles, building things, learning a new sport/instrument). Getting started is half the battle, so stick it out. Also, you might want to go see a school consular just so you have someone you can complain and talk to without having to hear it back from another person. Good luck...

Take a break. Maybe it's not for you. Maybe you just seem time away. You can still get a job without a degree. Go into sales, for example. Nobody cares about your level of education as long as you can sell.
