Why I did her wrong thinkin’ it would be all gravey
Man she was my baby, my *****, u couldn’t pay me
To say I didn’t need her cuz of all the love she gave me
But it was one night, when we got in a fight
We argued and fussed and I left just for the night
That’s all it took, and they was instantly hooked
I went to the club and met this girl her name was brook
She read me like a book; she knew I was in pain
Saw it in my eyes, and on my finger I had no ring
So she thought about a fling, we went and did our thing
As she was leaving the crib, that’s when my baby Stacey came
