Ok, so I like a girl that's flirted with me, but she is kinda reluctant to get into any sort of relation ship right now. She's had 6 bad boyfriends, and so is a little warry and careful of who she might go out with. Anyway, how would I ask her out? If at all. We don't know each other really well, but we're friends.

Ask her if she wants to get lunch or coffee sometime. This allows for great conversation and good investigation on the topic of if she has one. If she doesn't and ya'll are having fun, before you leave, ask if she wants to get together again sometime soon. Don't do dinner, do something fun with communication abilities, too, like putt-putt, an arcade, or something. If that's fun, do dinner sometime. Hope this helps and good luck.

Spark up a conversation about movies and mention new movies you want to see. If she is exited about any of the same movies ask her if she would like to come with you to see it. If she doesn't seem all that excited about movies you mention then take the opportunity to act excited about movies she mentions and try to make plans.
It's easier to make plans to see a movie than to do a dinner date...less formal and doesn't suggest a relationship as it could just be two friends.
