I was wondering if I did low weight curls (10-15pounds) for like an hour while i watched tv or something, if it will tone and build muscle mass for my biceps. I did it the other day and it burned like hell after like 10 minutes, but i lasted an hour.

bad idea.

after about 45 mins you are just breaking down the muscle. And you are only making it smaller and making it harder for it to grow.

The best thing to do is three different workouts.

one should be of a weight that you can rep about 3 - 4 times before you max

then an other that you can only lift about 12 - 15 times

then something that you can rep about 40 - 50 times.

DONT do all of these at the same time. Every time you work out that muscle group do only one of these.

Ex.
Do a 45 min. workout of nothing but 3 - 4 reps. with about 4 sets for each workout. then change exercises and and do something else. so like easy bar curls, preacher curls, hammer curls, and so on and so on.

do this and you will get massive growth and definition at the same time.

I would say that can't be good on your wrists and elbows. Anything repetitious like that cause damage in the joints. Try doing several reps at different times of the day to let your joints relax.
