i have had over 30 pieces of under wear stolen from my washing line,i have tried everything, from telling the cops, (which was embaressing) to asking my neighbour to keep an eye on it while im at work, but still the serail knicker thief is on the loose. i have heard in my local news bullitn he has targeted several households in my neighbour hood all the victims are adult to middle aged females. what can i do to catch this perverse fiend before he strikes again, he is costing me a lot of dollars. any advice?

lady, get a gaurd dog or install dummy cctv camera pointing at your washing line, it should deter him, too many perves about now days, maybe he wears yours when he goes out.

put them in a clothes drier. lol lol
Get some rat traps and spread them along the clothes line or better yet some beaver traps. soon the weird sucker is going to be at an emergency room for help

Simple -- stop wearing the underwear. After all, people get to see the outer wear only and it sufficiently hides all the vital body parts too.

Booby trap them. Put a couple of pairs up with a corrosive chemical on them so when he takes them the skin on his hands just burns right off. Try sulfuric acid.

do NOT put them outside
dry them in your bathroom or laundry room
go buy some old ones down at the good will and put them up there for them to steal, they will get tired of the super sized old ones and move on

Dry them in the bathtub. I'm afraid that anything else would just be impractical. At least they're clean when they get nicked!

Where I come from ladies do NOT hang their undergarments outside to dry. Dry them inside no one wants to see what covers your behind.

wait for him at night armed with a rabbit and chase him down the road threatening to stick it up his bum whilst beating him with a stick. that should scare him. or you could try drying your underwear indoors for a bit, he will get fed up waiting for your panities then.
