a few weeks ago, the family was on vacation me, dad, step mom, younger brother, in the middle of the night my step mom woke up freaking out, apparently my little brother was trying to feel my stepmom's vagina while she was sleeping.. what the hell does this mean?

How old is your brother? Kids at a certain age sometimes are prone to do some damn strange things. At the very least it sounds like your bother needs some clarification of appropriate boundries, etc.

He is at that age when he is curious about this stuff, your dad and step mom need to sit him down, and explain to him that this type of behavior is not acceptable for him right now, and why. Help him to understand that is something he doesn't need to be doing at his age, also making sure he isn't watching anything that could be promoting this kind of behavior.

It means your brother was curios (if he is 3-5 years old), or sexual fed child by TV and propaganda and it's pretty normal for the world we live in, also if this was a random fake question you are an idiot.
