The context of the verse you are referring to is that they are not doing the will of his Father.

Those who said Jesus is god, please note:

The trinity is part of the great apostasy that Paul said would come, prior to Jesus return.

According to several reference works, not only is the concept of the trinity not in the bible but it is contrary to the teachings of the bible. The New Encyclopædia Britannica, The New Encyclopædia Britannica, The Encyclopedia Americana to name a few.

Therefore those who quote John 1:1, John 10:30, etc do so out of context.

That is why Jesus said of such ones I do not know you, because they don't know Jesus.

According to the Nouveau Dictionnaire Universel, “The Platonic trinity, itself merely a rearrangement of older trinities dating back to earlier peoples, appears to be the rational philosophic trinity of attributes that gave birth to the three hypostases or divine persons taught by the Christian churches. . . . This Greek philosopher’s [Plato, fourth century B.C.E.] conception of the divine trinity . . . can be found in all the ancient [pagan] religions.”—(Paris, 1865-1870), edited by M. Lachâtre, Vol. 2, p. 1467.

John L. McKenzie, S.J., in his Dictionary of the Bible, says: “The trinity of persons within the unity of nature is defined in terms of ‘person’ and ‘nature’ which are G[ree]k philosophical terms; actually the terms do not appear in the Bible. The trinitarian definitions arose as the result of long controversies in which these terms and others such as ‘essence’ and ‘substance’ were erroneously applied to God by some theologians.”—(New York, 1965), p. 899.

In Jesus sermon on the Mount he makes it very clear that he would reject them. Prior to those words he talked about the narrow and cramped road...we can thus discern that more popular held beliefs like trinity and hell fire, would be part of that broad and spacious road leading to destruction.
It is very evident how Satan blinds the minds of people; to readily accept false teachings. That is why we need to examine the scriptures, so that we are on the correct path.

He answers that question in 2 Thess 1:8,9 - "...upon those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus. These very ones will undergo the judicial punishment of everlasting destruction."

Why would you assume that God needs to do anything at all with them?

God loves the confused just as much as He loves anyone else. God judges nothing ever. And does not ever pick favorites.

Read your Bible again. JESUS is the One who will judge them for not knowing HIM. He is God, alone with the Father, and Holy Spirit.

All who deny His deity, will "die in their sins".

Uh... it's "Lord, Lord", not "Jesus, Jesus". At least get the wording correct. That is in Matthew 7.
